New Relic Delivers SaaS-Based Key Transaction Performance Management

New Relic, Inc., on Wednesday announced the availability of key transaction performance management, enabling organizations large and small to take advantage of enterprise business transaction performance tracking. Until now, business transaction performance management has only been available in expensive, on-premise tools. With the addition of this feature to New Relic Pro, the company is empowering its customers with advanced, fine-grained visibility into their most critical business interactions at an affordable price.
Additionally, New Relic has enhanced its already-intuitive product workflow with a new and improved user interface. In a single pane of glass, the new UI consolidates real user monitoring and application performance overviews for at-a-glance convenience. The new design makes it even easier for dev, ops and devops teams to identify bottlenecks and performance issues before they impact business activity.
New Relic was founded in 2008 and now serves over 30,000 customers who are monitoring a total of 650,000 applications instances on the company's APM platform. New Relic's SaaS-delivered solution collects over 60 Billion performance metrics daily, totaling 5TB of data, making New Relic the largest big data repository ever built for application performance analysis.
